SUPPORTED INDEPENDENT LIVING
Looking for a house to call home?
HCB will support your needs to live to the fullest. Our shared living arrangements are desired to support the client as they develop independence and engage in different activities and programs.
HCB Supported Independent Living services are designed around the needs of two distinct customer groups:
-
People with psychosocial disability support needs
-
People with dual disability support needs (mental health and intellectual disability, autism spectrum or acquired brain injury)
Each participant will have their individual program of support, depending on what they need to live the life they want.
HCB also provides short or medium term supported accommodation for people with NDIS funding who require transitional housing while they wait for their permanent home to be ready to move in.
